Free health camps with senior doctors — blood pressure and sugar screening, general checkup, eye and dental screening, doctor consultation and free medicines for the community. Because good health is the foundation of a happy life. Alongside camps we run awareness seminars on diabetes, heart care, women's health, anaemia in adolescent girls, hygiene and the healing role of yoga-pranayam in lifestyle diseases. School health checkups flag vision, nutrition and posture issues early. Camps are held monthly across Nashik bastis, schools and the Seva Kendra. Patients needing surgery or long treatment are guided to charitable hospitals and government schemes. Everything — checkup, medicines, guidance — is completely free.
